 onsists of high-speed units for converting of amplitude information into d
 igital \ncode\, the logical block of information on the operation of the s
 pectrometer\, and a \ndistributed system for collecting\, processing and t
 ransferring information in the \ntelemetry channels. The system has an add
 itional channel of rapid processing and \nvisualization of scientific info
 rmation in the cosmonaut-researcher workplace.\nThe basic functional units
  of the system\, data collection and pre-processing of \ninformation algor
 ithms\, the creation of such systems on base of radiation-resistant \nelem
