DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Irina Mosyagina (VNIIHT)\nThe results of physical an
 d material science and technological development of new materials of radia
 tion photonics - nano- and microstructure of radiation-sensitive and radia
 tion-resistant optical glass and fibers based on quartz  are presented in 
 the report. The possibility of their application in neutron diagnostics de
 vices of nuclear power objects are considered. The option of the neutron d
 etection based on hybrid fission chamber (with oxides 235U\, 238U\, 232Th)
  with fiber-optic output optical signal in systems of control and protecti
 on of nuclear reactors is presented. Component and construction options fo
 r the radiation-sensitive fiber and glass materials (with isotopes 10B\, 6
 Li\, Gd\, ions of Nd3+\, Ce3+ etc.)\, in which radiation resistance is ach
 ieved through the organization of areas of "drain" and annihilation of rad
