 ts of azimuthal anisotropy in relativistic A+A collisions\, have provided 
 invaluable  insights on the expansion dynamics and the transport propertie
 s of the  strongly interacting matter produced in such collisions.  The re
 cent results of flow measurements from the top LHC  energy (5.2 TeV) to th
 e top SIS energy (2.4 GeV) will discussed with emphasis on techniques\, in
 terpretation\, and uncertainties in the measurements. The prospects for fu
 ture measurements at NICA energies will be presented and discussed.\n\nhtt
