DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Valeri Tayursky (Budker INP\, Novosibirsk)\nThe KEDR
  experiment is dedicated to a study of c- and b-quarks and the\ntwo-photon
  physics at the $e^+ e^-$ collider VEPP-4M \nin the Budker Institute of Nu
 clear Physics.\nSince 2002 the KEDR detector has been collecting data in t
 he\nenergy range 2E $\\simeq 1.8\\div4$ GeV.  \nThe main collection of dat
 a for the study of $\\gamma \\gamma$ physics\nis planned in the next few y
 ears\, after increasing VEPP-4M energy.  \nThe detector is equipped with a
  special system to tag   \nscattered electrons from $\\gamma \\gamma$ proc
 esses.  \nThe system detects electrons corresponding to \nsmall $Q_i^2$ of
  virtual photons. It \nhas a high detection efficiency and \ngood invarian
 t $\\gamma \\gamma$ mass resolution.\nTo analyze the $2\\gamma$ data and e
 stimate contribution of two-photon\nbackground events in the 1$ \\gamma $ 
 data samples\, the event generators\n$e^+e^- \\to e^+e^- \\mbox{ + }hadron
 s$\, \n$e^+e^- \\to e^+e^- \\mbox{ + } \\pi^+ \\pi^-$\, and\n$e^+e^- \\to 
 e^+e^- \\mbox{ + }$PS have been developed.\nThe generator of pseudoscalar 
 resonances production  \n$e^+ e^- \\to e^+ e^- \\mbox{ + }$PS has the opti
 on of\ntaking into account radiative corrections in the mode with\na singl
