DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Oleg Titov (NRC "Kurchatov Institute")\nRecently\, i
t was proposed to use storage rings with $\\beta^+$-radioactive nuclei as
sources of electron neutrino beams. \nIf the nuclei have large electron ca
pture branching\, than such beams could have a significant monochromatic c
 omponent. \nUnder certain conditions\, in particular\, for hydrogen-like i
ons\, one can modulate the monochromatic component. \nWe propose the selec
tion criteria for $\\beta^+$-decaying nuclei that could be used to produce
intense beams of partially monochromatic and \nmodulated electron neutrin
os. It is shown that such beams are obtainable on practice and might be in
 teresting for future experiments.\n\nhttps://indico.particle.mephi.ru/even
