DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Anton Lukyanov (PhD student)\nEvolution of flaring a
ctive regions (AR) shows high spatial complexity and nontrivial changes of
\nobserved patterns over time. It is practically impossible to give detail
ed description of\nmagnetogram morphology. This is why signatures are quit
e often used: critical points\, neutral lines\,\nunsigned and signed areas
of magnetic textures. However\, when comparing two magnetograms adjacent
in\ntime\, it is difficult to find or evaluate significant signature chang
es because of high patterns\nvariability. This is why it is more convenien
t to use approximating simplicial structures like\ngraphs\, namely set of
vertices connected by edges.\n\nWe compute so-called critical nets\, which
consist of stable minima and maxima points connected by\nascending paths
in terms of Morse theory. Critical net approximates singular manifold of\n
AR with graph which is rebuilt during evolution. Dynamics regimes can be c
onveniently tracked using\nmethods of spectral geometry. For that we use d
iscrete laplacian and its spectrum. We\npresent examples of critical nets
for flaring AR and estimations of their spectra.\n\nThis work was supporte
d by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (grant 15-01-09156 A)\n\nht
