 periment in Hall D at Jefferson Lab\,\nwhich main main goal is to search f
 or mesons with exotic\nquantum numbers using a beam of linearly polarized 
 photons.\nThe main goal of the pair spectrometer is to determine the\nphot
 on beam flux and to measure beam polarization. The\nspectrometer reconstru
 cts the energy of a photon by\ndetecting the electron/positron pair produc
 ed by the\nphoton in a thin converter. The pair spectrometer was\nsuccessf
 ully operated during the commissioning run in\nspring 2016. We present the
