 \nThe increase of luminosity of the SPS beams expected after 2020\nallows 
 to consider the investigations of rather rare processes. In particular\,\n
 a so-called cumulative particle production can be studied in hadron collis
 ions by  measurements of secondary particle yields in the kinematically fo
 rbidden region. It could be considered either as a result\nof hard parton 
 collisions with some large density multi quark configuration  or\ndue to t
 he formation of heavy baryonic resonances.\nStudies in the backward hemisp
 here in the fixed target experiment should bring\nthe event-by-event data 
 that could be used\, along with those from the forward region\,\nin the co
 rrelation analysis\, thus giving new constraints to the  models.\n\nIn thi
 s report the design\, technology and the first GEANT simulations\nof new d
 etector are presented and discussed.\n\nThe author of this report from the
