DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dmitry Naumov ()\nNeutrino telescopes have become a
mature tool for exploring the high-energy Universe. This talk will give a
concise overview of the basic principles of neutrino detection at large-vo
lume Cherenkov detectors\, their main scientific goals\, and the current e
xperimental landscape. Selected recent results from operating neutrino tel
escopes will be discussed\, together with the status of ongoing experiment
s and plans for the next generation of detectors. Particular attention wil
l be given to the role of neutrino telescopes in identifying cosmic accele
rators and in multimessenger studies of the Universe.\n\nhttps://indico.pa
