 review and status of neutrino experiments measuring the fundamental proper
 ties of neutrinos will be presented. This will include oscillation results
  from both long and short baseline accelerator based programs. In addition
 \, experiments designed to explore the absolute mass of neutrinos and if t
 hey are either Dirac or Majorana fermions will also be reviewed. An emphas
 is will be placed on recent results from running experiments. Finally the
