DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Elena Kokoulina (JINR)\nMultiparticle production sti
ll attracts our attention. Simulation by using Monte Carlo event generator
s is performed before planning any experiment. But it often overestimates
(or underestimates) experimental data.\nOf all multiparticle processes\, $
e^+e^-$ annihilation is the theoretically cleanest\, proceeding via an int
ermediate virtual photon or $Z^0$-boson followed by $q\\bar q$ pair creati
on. QCD describes well the development of\n$q\\bar q$ cascade as marcovian
branching process.\nThe transformation of quarks and gluons into observab
le hadrons occurs at hadronization\, to which perturbation theory is no lo
nger applicable. The choice of a scheme for it is based on experimental da
ta. Convolution of cascade and hadronization allowed us to describe the mu
ltiplicity. This model is called the gluon dominance model.\nSeveral decad
es have passed since a series of e+e− annihilation experiments were\ncar
ried out. The hadron and heavy ion research revealed many new results.\nTh
at is why it appeared necessary to analyze multiplicity n e+e−-annihilat
 ion again\n\nhttps://indico.particle.mephi.ru/event/626/contributions/6145
