DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Anna Staritsyna (LPI RAS\, MIPT)\nThe measurement of
the Higgs boson parameters constitutes a significant part of the CEPC pro
gram. This work is devoted to studying the process e-e+->ZH at sqrt(s) = 2
40 GeV with all-hadronic\, four-jet final states. The CEPC detector fast s
imulation and event reconstruction using the Delphes package have been per
formed for the signal and different background processes. A novel approach
to four-jet final state analysis has been implemented\, which allows bett
er reconstruction of boson mass by combining information from dijet invari
ant mass and recoil mass to another dijet. The cut-based approach was appl
ied to reject leptonic and semileptonic backgrounds. For effective suppres
sion of the four-jet background\, a Transformer-based classifier was train
ed using the PyTorch framework for binary classification on the mixed data
set before or after kinematic cuts. Different combinations of signal effic
iencies and purities are considered and their impact on the accuracy of Hi
ggs boson mass measurement is estimated.\n\nhttps://indico.particle.mephi.
