DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Maria Skugoreva ()\nWe propose new versions of the s
low-roll approximation for inflationary models with nonminimally coupled s
calar fields. We derive more precise expressions for the standard slow-rol
l parameters as functions of the scalar field. To verify the accuracy of t
he proposed approximations\, we consider inflationary models with the indu
ced gravity term and the fourth-order monomial potential. For specific val
ues of the model parameters\, this model is the well-known Higgs-driven in
flationary model. We investigate the inflationary dynamics in the Jordan f
rame and come to the conclusion that the proposed versions of the slow-rol
l approximation are not only more accurate at the end of inflation\, but a
lso give essentially more precise estimations for the tensor-to-scalar rat
io r and the amplitude of scalar perturbations As.\n\nhttps://indico.parti
