 he process $e^{+}e^{-}\\to K^{0}_{S}K^{\\pm}\\pi^{\\mp}$ is important for 
 the various physics problems. The cross section is contributing to hadroni
 c part to the vacuum polarization in measurement of (g-2)/2 of muon. Dynam
 ics of the process is interesting but poorely studied. And at last analysi
 ng this final state one can determine the parameters of the of  orbital an
 d radial excitations of light vector meson.\nThe CMD-3 detector at VEPP-20
 00 collider is now only place where it is possible to investigate these is
 sues with high precision in energy range 1.3 - 2.0 GeV center-of-mass ener
 gy.   \nIn the talk we report the preliminary results on cross-section mea
 surement and dynamics study for the process $e^{+}e^{-}\\to K^{0}_{S}K^{\\
 pm}\\pi^{\\mp}$ in c.m. energy range 1.3 - 2.0 GeV\n\nhttps://indico.parti
