 etermine precisely the dynamics of vector boson production in quantum chro
 modynamics. The dependence of the angular coefficients on the transverse m
 omentum of the $J/\\psi$ meson was obtained at the energy of the second st
 age of the SPD experiment using the Pythia generator. The $J/\\psi$ mesons
  produced in $pp$ collisions at $\\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 27$  GeV and decaying in
 to a pair of muons were used in the analysis. Machine learning (ML) method
