 \nThe experiment on photodisintegration of tensor polarized deuteron is in
  progress. It is carried out at VEPP-3 storage ring using the internal pol
 arized gas target technique. The component T20 of the tensor analyzing pow
 er is obtained by measuring the target polarization asymmetry in the photo
 n energy range 400–640 MeV. The energy of photons is defined by the syst
 em that tags nearly real photons developed at the Budker Institute of Nucl
 ear Physics (BINP).\n\nWe discuss the results of measuring the tensor pola
 rization of a deuterium gas target during an experiment at the VEPP-3.\n\n
