 The processes of paired charmonium and bottomonium production in Z-boson d
 ecays are investigated within the relativistic quark model. Various decay 
 mechanisms\nare examined\, and relativistic decay amplitudes are construct
 ed\, taking into account\nthe relative momenta of heavy quarks. Decay widt
 hs are calculated for various mechanisms in the nonrelativistic approximat
