 neously measures beta-particle spectra from uranium and plutonium targets\
 , as well as the background spectrum\, in the same neutron flux. As part o
 f the upgrade of the BETA facility\, a scintillation beta spectrometer has
  been developed and the first measurements with radioactive sources are pr
