 eveloping. The system is based on scintillator tiles of 10 mm thickness\, 
 produced by Uniplast company. Relative light yield\, average decay time an
 d energy resolution of the scintillator sample coupled to a PMT are measur
 ed with gamma-ray source. In this report\, the results of the measurements
