()\, Irene ARKHANGELSKAJA (National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Mo
scow Engineering Physics Institute))\nModern nuclear databases such as NuD
at 3 and ENSDF provide extensive experimental\ninformation on level energi
 es\, spins\, parities\, and decay modes. However\, these databases\nlack t
ools for automated comparison with theoretical predictions and do not prov
ide\ncomplete single-particle level schemes\, particularly for exotic nucl
ei far from stability.\nIn this work\, we present a systematic study of nu
clear level structures for isotopes\nwith Z = 10–72 using the realistic
Woods–Saxon potential. The potential parameters are\ndetermined using th
e Bohr–Mottelson systematics. The radial Schrödinger equation is\nsolve
d numerically using the high-accuracy Numerov method.\nA software module f
or NATI (Nuclide Analysis and Technical Interface) has been developed. The
module automatically constructs single-particle level filling schemes and
\nexports results in JSON\, CSV\, and SVG formats. It includes automated c
omparison with\nexperimental data from ENSDF.\nThe methodology has been va
 lidated for three reference nuclei: 40Ca (Z = 20\, N = 20)\,\n56Fe (Z = 26
 \, N = 30)\, and 116Sn (Z = 50\, N = 66). The calculated magic gaps of\n6.
4 MeV\, 7.6 MeV\, and 7.9 MeV are in good agreement with experiment. The a
verage\ndeviation between theoretical and experimental single-particle ene
rgies is 0.4–0.7 MeV.\nThe developed tool provides a data-ready approach
for nuclear structure analysis and\ncan be applied for predictive filling
of gaps in experimental data\, particularly for exotic\nnuclei with only
 1–5 known levels.\nKeywords: Woods–Saxon potential\, nuclear shell mod
