r an introduction to the theory of neutrino electromagnetic properties [1\
,2\,3] and a discussion of existing experimental constraints on the magnet
ic moments of neutrinos and other electromagnetic characteristics obtained
in ground-based experiments (including the latest estimates from XENONnT
[4] and LUX-ZEPELIN [5]) and results from astrophysical observations [6\,7
]\, we present the new SATURNE experiment\, which is being implemented in
the National Center for Physics and Mathematics in Sarov [8\,9\,10]. The g
oal of the SATURNE project is to detect for the first time the coherent el
astic scattering of tritium antineutrinos on liquid helium target atoms in
the superfluid state\, which will allow to obtain new upper limits (or to
measure) the value of the neutrino magnetic moment on the scales. At the
first stage of the implementation of the SATURNE project\, it is also plan
ned to use a low-temperature scintillation and a cryogenic silicon antineu
 trino detectors.\n\n\n\n[1] C.Guinti\, A.Studenikin\, Neutrino electromagn

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dmitry Svirida (NRC 'Kurchatov Institute'\, P.N.Lebe
dev Physical Institute RAS)\nThe DANSS detector recorded more than 10 mill
ion antineutrino events from a nuclear reactor in almost 10 years of conti
nuous running. The data taking has stopped in February 2026 in order to pe
rform a significant upgrade. The obtained data sample exceeds that of any
other neutrino experiment in the world and features remarkably low contrib
ution from the cosmic background below 2%. At the same time only moderate
energy resolution limits the sensitivity of the experiment to the New Phys
ics searches. The upgrade is aimed at the significant\, more than 2 times\
, improvement of the energy resolution\, along with the 70% increase of th
e sensitive volume. The talk will cover the details of the production and
testing of the new scintillation counters for the sensitive volume\, the a

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Wei Wang (Sun Yat-sen University)\nThe PandaX experi
ment at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory (CJPL) uses large-scale l
iquid-xenon time projection chambers to search for dark matter and other r
are physical processes. PandaX-4T\, with a multi-tonne xenon target\, has
accumulated extensive science data and established competitive constraints
on WIMP dark matter\, while significantly extending its physics program t

s\, and double-beta decay. In this talk\, I will present an overview of th
e current status and recent physics results of PandaX-4T\, highlighting th
e broad discovery potential enabled by its low-background environment and
wide energy coverage. I will also discuss the future PandaX program. Build
ing on the experience of PandaX-4T\, the collaboration is preparing for th

\nAn analysis of the most recent\, most precise experimental data on neutr
on decay points to the need to extend the Standard Model by introducing an
admixture of the right-handed vector boson $W_R$. A left-right asymmetric
weak interaction model is presented\, in which the sign of the mixing ang
le of $W_R$ and $W_L$ reverses upon the transition from $W^-$ to $W^+$. In
this model\, CP violation arises due to the presence of an admixture of t
he right-handed vector boson. The model parameter\, the mixing angle $\\ze
 ta = -(2.7 \\pm 0.9) \\cdot 10^{-3}$\, is derived from neutron decay — t
he lifetime and decay asymmetries — as well as from studies of proton de
cay in nuclei\, the so-called superallowed $0^+$-$0^+$ transitions. The $W
 _R$: mass $M_{W_R} = (340 \\pm 60)$ GeV estimate is given by the relation
 from the parameter $\\delta = -(5.5\\pm1.8) \\cdot 10^{-2}$\, which is the
ratio of the squares of the mass states of vector bosons. It is shown tha
t within the framework of this model\, the effects of CP violation in the
 decays of $K^0$-mesons\, $D^0$-mesons\, $B^0$-mesons\, and $B^0_S$-mesons
  can be successfully described.\n\nhttps://indico.particle.mephi.ru/event/

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Konstantin Kouzakov (Lomonosov Moscow State Universi
ty)\nSuperfluid helium-4 (He-II) is being considered as a detector materia
l for light dark matter searches [1\,2] and the observation of coherent el
astic neutrino-atom scattering (CE$\\nu$AS) [3]. It has extreme intrinsic
radiopurity\, high impedance to external vibration noise\, and a unique qu
antum evaporation signal channel enabling the detection of phonon- and rot
onlike modes via liberation of He-4 atoms into a vacuum. Detecting the lib
erated atoms using atomic adsorption onto a calorimeter suspended in vacuu
m above the free surface of the target He-II\, in principle\, can make it
possible to measure unprecedentedly low recoil energies (on a meV scale).
\n\nIn this contribution we address the issue of the He-II response to low
-energy elastic neutrino-atom scattering. Specifically\, we focus on how t
he effects of the real medium alter the atomic recoil spectra calculated i
n the simplified model of ideal Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) for He-II.
We present calculations for scattering of tritium electron antineutrinos o
n atoms in He-II\, which case is relevant to the SArov Tritium-Ultra-Rich
Neutrino Experiment (SATURNE) [4] that aims at the first ever observation
of CE$\\nu$AS and the search of neutrino magnetic moment with a world-lead
ing sensitivity. We show that taking into account the realistic atomic mom
entum distribution in He-II [5] leads to quantitative and qualitative diff
erences with respect to the ideal BEC model. We outline the risks to misin
terpret the future SATURNE data as a signal of new physics\, in particular
\, such as the neutrino magnetic moment\, if ignoring the effects of the r

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dmitrii Ponomarev (DLNP JINR)\nThe νGeN experiment
is aimed to study reactor antineutrinos properties at Kalinin Nuclear Powe

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Anatolii Serebrov (NRC "Kurchatov Institute" - PNPI)
\nThe formation of the Universe's baryon and lepton asymmetries is examine
d within the framework of a left-right asymmetric model of weak interactio
 n. The presence of a right-handed vector boson admixture—with mixing ang
les of opposite signs for $W^-$ and $W^+$—results in differing lifetimes
for neutrons and antineutrons\, which decay via $W^-$ and $W^+$\, respect
ively. This difference gives rise to baryon asymmetry during the hadroniza
tion of quark-gluon plasma at temperatures below 150 MeV. The formation of
lepton asymmetry in the left-right model is linked to the presence of ste
rile (right-handed) neutrinos\; these do not thermalize and instead escape
the cosmic plasma\, carrying away a lepton asymmetry that is opposite in
sign to the baryon asymmetry. Overall\, a baryon-lepton asymmetry emerges
while the difference between baryon and lepton numbers ($B-L$) is conserve
 d. The potential for enhancing the experimental precision of neutron decay
asymmetry measurements is noted as a means to increase the confidence lev
el in substantiating the left-right asymmetric model of weak interaction.\

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Ivan Zhutikov (MEPhI/NRC KI)\nWe present measurement
s of the integral and spectral characteristics of the reactor electron ant
ineutrino ($\\bar{\\nu}_e$) flux obtained with the iDREAM detector at Unit
3 of the Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant\, which operates a VVER-1000 reactor
. The measured positron spectrum from $\\bar{\\nu}_e$ interactions with pr
otons in the iDREAM liquid scintillator is compared with a prediction base
 d on the isotope-dependent $\\bar{\\nu}_e$ spectra of the KI model\, a spa
tial model of the VVER-1000 reactor core\, and a Monte Carlo simulation of
the detector response. In the energy range of approximately $4$--$6~\\mat
hrm{MeV}$\, a local excess of the measured spectrum over the prediction is
observed\, confirming the presence of the reactor $\\bar{\\nu}_e$ spectra
l anomaly. The iDREAM data also confirm a decrease in the inverse beta-dec
ay interaction rate normalized to the reactor thermal power as $^{235}\\ma
thrm{U}$ is depleted and $^{239}\\mathrm{Pu}$ accumulates in the reactor c
ore during fuel burnup. Using the measured $\\bar{\\nu}_e$ interaction rat

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Valerie Vakulenko ()\nFor the first time\, the elect
ron-antineutrino flux and energy spectrum of the BN-800 fast reactor are s
tudied during fuel burnup for different core loading configurations. Three
core configurations containing 16%\, 50%\, and 100% mixed-oxide (MOX) fue
l are considered. The study of antineutrino emission from fast reactors wit
h different fuel compositions is of interest both for understanding the fo
rmation of the reactor antineutrino signal and for developing non-invasive
monitoring methods. An approximately 198-effective-day fuel cycle at a no
minal thermal power of 2100 MW is simulated using the KIR-C software packa
ge. The calculated fission and neutron-capture reaction rates are used to
study changes in the isotopic composition of the antineutrino signal\, the
integral flux\, and the energy spectrum during fuel burnup. Increasing th
e MOX fuel fraction leads to a substantial redistribution of the fission c
ontributions of uranium and plutonium isotopes\; for the full-MOX core\, a
pproximately 82% of all fissions occur in 239Pu. The antineutrino flux and
the shape of the energy spectrum depend on the core composition\, while t
he differences relative to the VVER-1000 increase with increasing MOX fuel
fraction. At the same time\, the time evolution of the BN-800 antineutrin
o spectrum remains weak for all three configurations: changes in the spect

e detector contains a ton-scale liquid scintillator doped with gadolinium
and operated at approximately −50 °C. Silicon photomultipliers provide
a high-coverage light collection\, enabling an energy resolution of about
2.8 % at 1 MeV. Data from the initial physics runs are analysed using a de
dicated calibration programme and event reconstruction techniques\, which
allow precise characterisation of the detector’s energy response. Invers
e beta decay candidates are identified via the prompt–delayed coincidenc
e signature\, while residual backgrounds are constrained using reactor-off
data. A statistically significant reactor-correlated antineutrino signal
is observed\, and the measured prompt energy spectrum is consistent with t
he reference prediction within the current uncertainties. These results co
nfirm the excellent performance of the TAO detector and provide a referenc
e spectrum for the JUNO experiment\, facilitate studies of fine spectral s
tructures\, and enable searches for light sterile neutrinos.\n\nhttps://in

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Alexandr Shvartsman (INR RAS)\nThe upgraded near neu
trino detector of the T2K experiment is briefly described. The central par
t is the 3D scintillator fine-grained detector (SuperFGD). The detector co
 mprised of about 2 million 1 × 1 × 1 cm3 plastic scintillator cubes with
three orthogonal holes for wavelength shifting fiber readout. It is used
as an active neutrino target to detect charged particles and photons. A co
mbination of SuperFGD with the other subdetector systems in the ND280 dete
ctor provides a possibility to detect more neutrino events (due to an addi
tional active target)\, as well as to increase the accuracy of the neutrin
 o events reconstruction.\n \nIn charged-current muon-neutrino analysis\, t
he outgoing muon is selected to reconstruct the neutrino energy. In SuperF
GD\, however\, pions can be misidentified as muons\, complicating this sel
ection. This work uses a Graph Neural Network (GNN) to identify muons and
pions. We present the efficiency and purity of the GNN-based classificatio
n of these particles and discuss its impact on event selections. The resul
ts are based on Monte Carlo simulations of neutrino interactions in the up
 graded ND280 detector.\n \n \n1. K. Abe et al. (T2K Collaboration)\, The T

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Stanislav Luchuk (INR)\nThe accuracy of extracted ne
utrino oscillation parameters in accelerator-based neutrino experiments de
pends on the precision of neutrino-nucleus scattering models implemented i
n neutrino event generators. The goal of this study is to asses the accura
cy of the GENIE event generator with electron scattering data. To do this
we carry out a comparison of the charged-current quasielastic CCQE reduced
cross sections of the semi-exclusive (l\,l'p) lepton scattering process c
alculated within the models employed in the GENIE event generator with dat
a measured in electron scattering on oxygen targets. This comparison is ba
sed on the similarity of the reduced cross sections of neutrino and electr
on scattering up to Coulomb corrections. Irrespective of the type of inter
action the reduced cross section identified with distorted nuclear spectra
l functions is determined mainly by intrinsic properties of the target and
the ejected nucleon interaction with residual nucleus. This study include
s GENIE's main models and Tokyo\, NIKHEF electron data sets in energy rang
e 0.3 GeV - 0.5 GeV. Persistent disagreements between the GENIE prediction
s and electron scattering data for reduced cross sections is observed.\n\n

phases of active and sterile neutrinos was conducted. Based on these exper

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Elena Kovalevskaia (MSU\, Faculty of Physics)\nRapid
technological advances pave the way for high-precision experiments\, part
icularly in neutrino physics. Such enhanced precision offers new opportuni
ties to search for new physics — physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM)
. In this context\, neutrino scattering on matter is of particular interes
t\, as it incorporates information regarding both the neutrino itself and
the target matter.\n\nFrom this perspective\, deep inelastic neutrino scat
tering possesses a number of key advantages. The interest in neutrino scat
tering specifically stems from recent scientific discoveries indicating th
at neutrinos should have electromagnetic properties\, which\, in turn\, ex
plicitly point to BSM physics. However\, at this level of precision\, elec
troweak radiative corrections must also be taken into account.\nThe presen
t study is devoted to the theoretical analysis of high-energy neutrino-mat
ter scattering processes\, taking into account the electromagnetic and wea
k properties of neutrinos alongside one-loop contributions\, as well as to
evaluating their impact on the interpretation of experimental data.\n\nWi
thin the framework of quantum field theory\, one-loop electroweak radiativ
e corrections to the neutrino-matter scattering cross-section formula were
calculated\, incorporating the electromagnetic properties of neutrinos vi
a the theoretical formalism of the form-factor decomposition of the vertex
function. In addition\, the parameterization of neutrino form factors mod
ifying neutral currents was performed. Finally\, it is demonstrated how th
ese effects alter the differential scattering cross sections with respect
 to momentum transfer.\n\nhttps://indico.particle.mephi.ru/event/626/contri

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Nikita Mashin ()\nThe T2K experiment uses a high-int
ensity muon neutrino beam produced at the J-PARC accelerator facility to s
tudy neutrino properties and search for physics beyond the Standard Model.
  Recently\, the near detector ND280 was upgraded with a high-performance s
cintillator detector\, the SuperFGD. Composed of approximately 2 million 1
cm³ scintillator cubes read out by wavelength-shifting (WLS) fibers in t
hree dimensions\, the SuperFGD enables improved 3D tracking of stopping pr
otons and pions\, enhanced electron/photon separation\, and neutron detect
ion. This makes the SuperFGD sensitive to feebly interacting exotic partic
les. In this study\, we investigate the potential of the detector to obser
ve millicharged particles (mCPs) with masses up to several GeV\, as predic
ted by various hidden-sector models.\n\nPrevious studies have primarily fo
cused on mCP production from neutral unflavoured mesons\, while this work
extends the production model to include additional hadronic channels. We e
valuate the contribution of mCPs generated through charged pion-nucleon sc
attering and elastic proton-neutron scattering within the target material.
These production mechanisms may constitute a non-negligible source of mCP
s at T2K energies. Using realistic performance characteristics of the Supe
rFGD\, we estimate the expected signal rates for the topology of double co
nsecutive scatterings of mCPs on atomic electrons. The study will provide
an assessment of how pion-nucleon and proton-neutron processes extend the
detector's sensitivity in the (mass\, millicharge) parameter space.\n\nhtt

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Anna Dergacheva (INR RAS)\nT2K (Tokai-to-Kamioka) [1
] is a long-baseline accelerator experiment aimed at studying neutrino osc
illations and searching for CP violation in the lepton sector. Reducing sy
stematic uncertainties in the predicted event rates at the far detector Su
per-Kamiokande is essential for improving T2K’s sensitivity to the CP-vi
olating phase. The ND280 near detector plays a key role in this task by co
nstraining neutrino flux and interaction model parameters using pre-oscill
ation data. The time projection chambers (TPCs) [2] provide key informatio
n for particle identification (PID) and the reconstruction of charged part
icle kinematics in ND280. The ND280 upgrade [3] introduced two high-angle
TPCs (HA-TPCs)\, which\, together with the three existing vertical TPCs\,
provide an extended angular acceptance for charged particles. \n\nThe TPC
PID algorithm [4] is based on measurements of the ionization energy loss o
f charged particles traversing the TPC gas. The performance of the algor
ithm and associated systematic uncertainties are evaluated using control s
amples of muons\, protons\, and electrons produced in neutrino interaction
 s. The work focuses on the studies of the TPC PID before and after the ND2

work is supported by Russian Science Foundation grant No. 26-72-00042.\n\n
