Immunohistochemical studies in the diagnosis of breast cancer are largely subjective, as it does not allow quantification of low expression levels. The method of multicolor flow cytometry provides the possibility of quantification. The application of information flow-cytometric systems have shown their efficiency and accuracy in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
