Separation of leukocytes and myeloblasts is being considered in the paper, which is important for diagnostics of acute myeloblast leukemia (AML) and its versions.
The separation has been carried out through application of textural analysis technique.
Within the framework of the investigation, variability of single patient cells textural characteristics obtained from various preparations prepared at the same time was estimated.
