The method of creation of information system for the diagnosis of melanoma is described in the presented work. Malignant tumors are investigated at the level of macro - and microimages in combination with clinical data. The development is made with the use of MySQL. The information system is a result of joint activities of the National research nuclear University (MEPhI) and the N.N.Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Cente.
