The effect of artifacts on the result of blast and lymphocytes separation in the task of diagnosing of acute leukemia types is under consideration. Within the framework of the investigation, a group of artifacts was formed and a technique for study has been proposed. The conducted experiments have showed a degree of the effect of artifacts
on the result of cell classification, which is to be taken into account while diagnosing.
