Description
In recent years, many e⁺e⁻ collider projects with center-of-mass energies of a few hundred GeV and above have been proposed and discussed. Among these projects, the most developed are the circular colliders CEPC and FCC-ee, and the linear colliders ILC, CLIC, and C3. In this talk, the current status of these projects will be briefly discussed.
Despite differences in collider design, these projects have very similar physics programs at the same center-of-mass energy. However, the physics program changes significantly from one energy to another. In this talk, the potentially important tasks at different energies will be discussed, with emphasis on the physics program of Higgs factories operating at 240–250 GeV.
