Description

Tetraquarks containing two bottom quarks are studied in the framework of the relativistic quark model based on the quasipotential approach and QCD. The tetraquark is considered as a bound state of a diquark and an antidiquark. The interaction quasipotential includes both spin-dependent and spin-independent relativistic contributions. The finite size of the diquark is explicitly taken into account. The obtained tetraquark masses are compared with the thresholds of strong fall-apart decays into two mesons. States that may appear as narrow resonances in suppressed decay channels are identified.
