Description
The process of double Compton scattering, $e \gamma \to e \gamma \gamma$, in the presence of a strongly magnetized, both charge-asymmetric and charge-symmetric electron plasma is considered. The amplitude of the process is written out and
the selection rules for photon polarizations are found.By solving the kinetic equation, an estimate of the efficiency of polarized photon production is obtained.
