The Proceedings of the conference will be published as special issue Indexed by Scopus. Deadline of submitting papers for the proceedings is October 1, 2015. Earlier submitting is welcome!
Drafts should be sent to incos_mephi@mail.ru with copy to PZBuzhan@mephi.ru, both pdf and tex/word versions. Plenary talks: up to 6 pages, section talks up to 4 pages.
Plots should be inserted at an appropriate place inside the draft (not at the end). Acceptable formats for graphs and plots are jpeg,png,pdf,eps.

Update: new templates v2 were added. Updates contain detailed instructions about how to add references to russian papers and arXiv as well as some information about footnotes.
