Description
The results of analyzing literary sources on the design of microcircuits of multichannel radiation detec-tor signal acquisition and processing in large physical experiments have been presented. There are considered such parameters of microcircuits, as the number of signal processing channels, power con-sumption per channel, noise level, input charge conversion factor (for the linear part of channel) and so on. Touched upon are also the technology of manufacture and the name of physical experiment, in which framework the design was carried out .
