Invariant Cross-Sections of $\pi^{-}$,$k^{-}$, protons and antiprotons were measured in 20.5 A GeV/c
carbon beam interactions with carbon and lead targets at the IHEP accelerator U-70.
Measurements were made at production angles of secondaries from 0 to 6 milliradians and momentum from 10 to 60 GeV/c in lab. system. Also we present comparison with Monte Carlo simulation provided with URQMD and FTFP generators.
