Copies of the presentations of all talks will be available on the conference webpage. Proceedings of the Conference will be published in the journal indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science.
The first part of the proceedings was submitted to the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

The deadline for proceedings submission is November 10, 2020 November 17, 2020 (inclusive).
The papers sent after the deadline will be declined. Earlier submission is highly welcomed!
Please send the paper draft to icppa2020@mephi.ru with both pdf and tex/word versions. Acceptable formats for graphs and plots are jpeg,png,pdf,eps. Instructions for the authors could be found below.
Expected length of the manuscript: 8-10 pages or more.
